Onze mening -- Wat een mooie uitgave.
De Britse pianiste Imogen Cooper speelt hier twee beroemde concerto’s van Wolfgang Mozart.
Bij de inzet van concerto nr.23 hoor je meteen al de grote kwaliteiten van de Northern Sinfonia (een ensemble op moderne instrumenten dat hier zonder dirigent speelt): met een volle, warme klank zetten de strijkers het hoofdthema in, dat daarna gevoelig uitgewerkt wordt door de uitstekende blazers.
